This course will build on knowledge acquired in previous hotel business fundamentals courses. The class will provide a theoretical perspective on service management and how service management concepts can be applied to the hospitality business. The course will focus on strategies being used to maximize profits in hotels. The course will also cover latest trends and technologies impacting revenue management in lodging.
