Revenue management plays a vital role in guiding service businesses to allocate resources efficiently, understand customer behavior, stay competitive, and achieve long-term sustainability and profitability. This course provides students with the theoretical foundation and practical applications of revenue management in service industries. The course cultivates students' revenue optimization mindset and analytical skills. Students will have the opportunity to earn an industry-recognized certification.
