Spring 2025LectureTourism is a global phenomenon impacting destination communities, incorporating a range of hospitality-related businesses and organizations, and enriching the lives of tourists and residents alike. This course examines key elements of tourism systems, how these elements interact to deliver unique travel experiences, and how destination stakeholders can use tourism for sustainable development. The course will strengthen students' understanding of tourism systems while preparing them to successfully engage in it for a variety of career options in tourism and hospitality industries.
