This course introduces School of Engineering Technology students to resources and skills that will help them to be successful in their studies and ultimately in their careers. The skills needed to define and solve technical problems in engineering technology are developed. Instruction is given in analytical and computational problem-solving techniques. Application of software for analysis and communication is emphasized. Teamwork, global and societal concerns, and professional ethics are integrated into course projects. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
