An introduction to the technologies and analytical methods used in studying genomes, their functions and systems biology. This course prepares graduate students for further study of these techniques in additional courses and in their research. Students with an understanding of introductory genetics and statistics will be suitably prepared for this course. Offered in even-numbered years. Typically offered Fall.
